WHO IS

Coach Chris?

Coach Chris Tuck is a Certified Personal Trainer and Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach, who is passionate about helping runners lose weight, boost their energy so they can run a personal best.


Since 2007, he has been helping local New Farm people achieve their fitness goals by using his comprehensive program of fitness, strength, mindset and nutrition.


In his free time, Coach Chris loves to spend time with his wife Stacey and baby boy. He also likes to swim, Parkrun, play golf, FIFA, tennis, table tennis, go to rock concerts and watch live sport.
